Since we will bake potatoes whole, it is better to choose small or medium tubers. If the potato is large, it can not completely bake and remain raw inside.
And also try that the potatoes chosen for baking are the same in size, then they will be cooked evenly.
How to bake the potatoes in the uniform in the oven
Ready-made potatoes, baked in their uniforms, are usually eaten without peeling, therefore, in the first stage of cooking, we need to carefully wash the tubers.
Pour cool water into a saucepan, pour our potatoes there and each tuber with my hands thoroughly from dirt.
Purely washed potatoes must be dried with a paper towel or linen napkin.
