Marinated Korean Squid – Recipe
As in previous recipes, squid should be boiled (1-2 minutes). Cooled squid cut into half rings. Peel the garlic. In a frying pan fry until golden brown sesame seeds. Finely chop the garlic with a knife. In a bowl, pour soy sauce. Add honey, garlic, a pinch of salt, olive oil and spices for Korean carrots. Marinade mix. Water them squid. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Squids mix in marinade. Send them in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate. Squids in Korean marinade serve as a cold snack.

Korean Squid with Bell Pepper – Recipe
After removing squids from chitinous cover, boil them in boiling water for no more than two minutes. In the water, add bay leaf, a couple of black peppercorns and a pinch of salt. Cooked squid remove skimmer and let them cool. After cooling, cut them into strips or half rings, whichever you prefer.
Onion, garlic and carrots should be peeled. Grate carrots. Chop the onion with the halves of the rings, finely chop the garlic. Bulgarian pepper, in turn, cut into strips. Put onions, carrots and paprika into the pan, in which sunflower oil was poured. Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes, stirring them.
In a bowl with chopped squid, add fried vegetables. Squid in Korean style with bell pepper, onion and carrot sugar, salt and vinegar. Sprinkle black pepper and coriander for flavor.
